gear case leak 650 prairie

My 02 Prairie 650 is leaking gear case oil where the rear axle enters the housing on the right side. Am I correct in assuming this is a bad seal? What's the procedure for fixing this?

Yes, there are two oil seals, inner and outer.
Follow the procedure in the manaul to get the job done right.
