bayou fouling plugs?

okay i think my problem why it want run right is it's fouling out the plugs i just put a brand new one in and its covered in black smoot. i tried adjusting the screw on the bottom of the car several times i started at 1.5 turns out went to 2,2.5,3,3.5 ect all it does is blow white smoke out the back. so what do i do? i've changed the needle clip setting currently it is on the secong groove from the top. i need some help cause i done run out of ideas. thanks, wendell.

try just adjusting your pilot jet, the skrew outside the bowl twords the engine. kawi uses kehin carbs so its a fuel pilot. skrewing it IN will lean out the mixture.
to try and solve your running rich problem adjust the pilot in so its only 1 turn out from being snug. let it run for a few munites at idol only, then turn it off and check the color of the plug. the pilot jet effect your fuel/air mix from idol to 1/8 throttel only. once you get it set to wher its not rich at idol you can move on to adjusting the clip possition or the main as needed.
