Default Vacuum valve needed

Ok tore apart a carb for a 96 bayou klf300 and the edges of the vavuum is torn. can that be fixed with RTV or i need to buy a new one. I priced them out and for a $100 for a small piece of rubber is rough. Any thoughts?

NEVER MIND RTV works great!

if the tear is ragged around the integral oring, sealant may work.. if not, buy the kawa part, and save TONS of frustration and rework...
