I have resently bought a 94 mojave that did not run when i got it because the kick starter was busted i split the crank case off to find the 2 gears that deliver the power from the kick starter pedal to the clutch hub the bushings were shot so i bought new gears and some other things put it all back togeather and kicked it like 8 times with choke and fired rite up no problem ran grate started right up even in the cold and then one day when i was riding it got muddy so i decide i would wash it and then i let it dry for an hour or so than i when to start it it would not start so after an hour of kicking it started and ran grate sence then after riding it on a small amount of property that i have a couple of my buddys and i went trailing in the the snow for about an hour and a half was running grate no problems with it made it up to 5th gear and also had an in counter with police but nothing serius and put it away that night and the next moring 3 kicks fired up with the choke and was runing it leting it warm up drove down the street about 300 feet i would say never shifted out of 2nd and stoped at my friends house while he got ready i waited out side letting it idle and about 5 minutes later i staled so i kicked it 10 times no luck put the choke on kicked it about 10 more times and ran fine didnt think nothing of it then we went riding for an hour and we came back to my gerage to warm up and my idle was also a little high so i decide to turn it down and then it staled so i when to kick it againg but it didnt start tried choke tried starting fluid every think just wont start i even turned the idle back up to were it was i would say i tried starting it more then 100 times that day i was out there for 3 hours with no luck not evan a putt i dont under stand was running grate for maybe 4 hours i put on it sence i bought it and now it dont run i was pissed it was a cool little atv also when i bought it i put fresh fluieds in every thing all so it burns a little oil on cold start up or a little rev or something and the gears grind shifting from N to 2nd but dont grind shifting from 1st to 2nd or any other gears so i dont know about that but other than those few things it was a fun good atv so if some one could help i would like to get out trailing again i was fun as hell last time with my buddys
