Default OEM Front Fender Storage

Looking to purchase a OEM front fender hard plastic storage compartment for my 2006 650i, but the dealer tells me I have to cut it to make it fit (only fits the 750?).

Anyone do this yet or know how much cutting has to be done?

The fender is shaped exactly same. The Kawi's front fender P/N application chart shows both 650i and 750. Thus I assume no mod is required.

Nope, does not fit.

Front rack on the 750 is smaller and will not fit the larger rack for the 650. You would have to cut the entensions at the rear part of the rack so the fender bag would fit and open.
