Default Prairie 360 question.

Ok so I bought a used 2005 360 prairie. I noticed the other day when I eased the throtle from a stop and felt the clutches ingage the bike would move but feel like the clutches were slipping some, then I heard the actuator ingage and it felt like the clutches tightened up. But when I punch the throttle a little more aggressivly from a stop The actuator ingages instantly. In other words when I ease on the throttle it seems like the actuator is slower than if I accelerate more aggressively. Is this normal?

Default Prairie 360 question.

Ok i rode it awhile this afternoon and noticed the 4wd light was now blinking slowly. When i came to a complete stop it wanted to creep forward and it was hard to get into neutral. I also never heard the actuator when i come to a stop like I would before. Any suggestions?

Hello I just bought this 2005 Prairie 360 and it does the same thing my 4wd light sometimes will flash at one second intervals. The belt was changed recently with a dayco belt by the previous owner. I have to tap on the throttle to get it to disengage and stop pulling.

The bike you're talking about doesn't have a clutch, it has a cvt(constant velocity transmission). If a new belt has been put on it it may be a little jerky or maybe it hasn't been adjusted properly. Get you a service manual and it will explain how to do this. If you don't have one just pm me and maybe I can help. I have the same bike.

The noise you hear when you let off the throttle and slow down is the Kawasaki Engine Braking. Shouldn't be anything to worry about.
