To answer about the wires with nothing that goes onto them the bayous have several expansioon ports, so not everything is connected. I'll try to scan my manuals digram this afternoon.

if you want to know what part is what and sometimes can tell where it is located on the machine, check some of the online parts vendors like bikebandit and others, just type ATV parts into your search box and it will bring up a bunch. They will let you search by machine and you can look at exploded drawings of the parts and get a good idea of what you have or what you need.

I no longer have the wiring diagram but all i did is call Kawasaki's main parts number and talked the parts guy in to scanning and emailing it to me. so i hope you all find it again it was defiantly a pain to get. Sorry I no longer own those bikes fixed them an sold them.

Sorry i no longer have them. What i did was call a dealer and had them scan it to a pdf for me it took calling a couple of different ones before i found one that would do it for me. Sorry
