Engine missing after rebuild!

Engine missing after rebuild!
Hey guys so I rebuilt my bf 750 this weekend and the engine is missing a little bit. What does this mean/what should I do? Also it smokes just a little bit, but it comes and goes. Is this the rings getting seated and needs to be run more? Thanks
