I have a 2004 Kawasaki Prairie 360 4x4 and when i cut off the 4x4 I get about a 2 sec. interval flashing on the 4x4 light. 4x4 works fine but when it is in 2x4 it will flash once i turn off the 4x4. If i turn off the bike with the key it will reset it and it will not flash again till after i engage 4x4 and then take it back out. Does anyone know what this might be?

 

If the light can be reset, it means it is an electronic failure not a mechanical issue. I will try another Controller (black box under the seat) and see what happens.
