Brute Force - front end alignment
Anybody have any tips on aligning the front end of a 2006 Brute Force 750.. I have not had much experience on alignment jobs. It pulls to the right bad. I replaced the right front A-arm bearing last night and now it pulls even worse than before since the slack is gone. Any advice???
Thanks!

I have done this to my 08 650 sra Brute . Take the quad put it on level hard surface. Strap handle bars to rear rack, so they dont move with bars straight. Wrap a string around all 4 tires centered with the hub and draw tight, adjust the tie rod so the back of the front tires are about 1/8" in from the string this will give you toe out. There are also other ways to do it like with plates that they use for carts and stock cars but for stuff you just have in your garage this is a good method. Good luck

Well I just had to measure and "eye ball" it the best I could but got it fixed. I couldn't use the string trick becuase I have aftermarket wheels and tires and the back one stick out farther than the front. I did have a bent tie rod on the right side though and the tire was turned out to the right. Straightened it up, adjusted both sides alittle and runs straight now!!

Toe can cause a pull, but steering wheel will be off center and should be noticable.
