Anyone had issues with Kawasaki warranty?

Oh, I am still thinking about your 450 problem. I asked you about the injector test again last week...
I do agree that your quad is running WAY TOO RICH. It appears it's more than a sensor issue. Let me know what you find.

No squirts, no dribbles, no after-drip.

OK, I am quite convinced that fuel mapping in ECU is all messed up somehow causing extreme rich condition. See if you can find someone with the same 450 to let you borrow/test on your quad. That will be the surest way to confirm.

You're convinced, I'm convinced and my servicing dealer is convinced.
Yet my quad was in the shop a month while Kawasaki nit-picked and made excuses.
To make a real long story short, I figured out this ECU is a recall issue they are trying to avoid.
Heck the cost of replacing my faulty ECU was less than the extended warranty premium they knew they were not going to get without taking care of me.
