Have a 2001 Kaw Prairie 300 4WD. Pulled into garage - shut off. No power/no starter function. No green neutral light. Fuses seem OK. Battery OK, runs when pull started and when running green light glows faintly. Key switch and kill switch both shut down engine.

I would start at the battery and check all of your ground conections clean and tight a little corrosion goes a long way in causing electrical problems.

 

make sure the both fuse are good right next to battery. bad fuse will cause that there are two fuses there a 30amp and a 3 amp
