300cc Prairie to 400cc?

Asking this for a friend. He has a Kawasaki Prairie, 2001, 300cc. and would like to know if 400cc jugs will fit on it.

unlike most of life's problems being solved by having bigger jugs, unfortunately it won't work in this application
