My son's KFX80 wasn't starting, and I knew the culprit was probably the carb, so I ordered the rebuild kit off eBay, cleaned the carb, and replaced all the jets and the float. I also drained the gas tank and put in fresh gas (with Stabil).

As soon as I got everything back together, it started right up like a CHAMP and it ran great. The next day, I went to start it and it wouldn't start again - battery good, starter good. So, I sprayed carb cleaner in the carb and cleaned the spark plug and it started right up. Ran great all day yesterday, and even after sitting for a couple hours, it started right up.

This morning - it won't start again!! Could I have a bad choke or something?? What am I missing?
