Default 2006 Brute750

What all can you guys tell me about this bike besides it has a ton of torque. I would like to know what issues are known, is the steering geometry as screwed up as I have heard, & etc. I am looking at one and can not make my mind up. I did have a 700 Prairie with all the mods and it was like driving a log truck.

Thanks,
Erich

Do a search here to learn about 750 instead of just asking first.
But people with only problem are likely to post. So, all you will be seeing are problems and problems. It doesn't mean that 750 is a junk. If their 750 is running good, they won't post here. It's like if you are healthy, why would you go see a doc?

Screwed up steering on 750 is not true on properly maintained machine. The upper a-arm bushing/bearing gets worn out if you do lots of mudding and if not greasing that area. Use waterproof grease there and you will be just fine. I have both 700 and 750. Frankly I like the handling of SRA 700 handling better but yes 750's got some nasty punch.
