03 p360 flashing lights with no power to the key

03 p360 flashing lights with no power to the key
hey guys i got an 03 p360 that the check belt light and the 4wd lights are flashing on the check belt light flashes 4 times and than the 4wd light flashes once when i go to give it gas it spits and sputters like the belt switch is tripped.... also when you turn the key on nothing happens no lights or any thing come on we have a true gel battery...could this be a bad fuse or some thing eles... help please........
