Default 06 KFX 400 mods.. What jet??

Ok for you kfx gurus I know there are many because these are awesome machines. Anyway, I am going to take the lid off my air filter box and take the packing out of my muffler. What size jet should I put in the carburetor before I fire my baby back up.. Thanks

Its best to run your quad and then pull the plug and see if its rich or lean then you know if you need to go up or down in size you want the sark plug to be a brown color, I had a 2004 and had exhaust air box lid off and a rev box and this is the only way I got it dialed in, I tried going off what others said but couldnt get it just right so I would suggest doing this, you can also buy just single jets from rocky mountain atv this way its alot cheaper then buying a entire jet kit, good luck!!
