Default kfx450R

how reliable are the kfx 450r? assuming regular maintenance is performed regularly

As reliable as anything else from what I've seen. Haven't seen any common issues or anything like that. I will say I, along with a few other buddies, was totally underwhelmed by the power. Being a 450 I expected so much more. I knew it was the least powerful of the 450 class but, shocked at how much less it had. Good quad, with reverse, just underpowered.

I'd buy one!
They have figured out how to get good HP out of them now.
From what I've heard, they are very reliable.

I have a 2008 and havent had any problems as far as the power goes they are pretty corked up in stock form but put a pipe fuel controller and intake on and WOW they will keep up or beat any 450 out there. In stock form the intake system is really restricted but these are a great quad with a few mods.
