with battery charged and key in run position I have no dash lights as well as no crank. it seems as tho the whole thing is " Dead " i'm not very quick when it comes to electrical diagnosis any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

start at the battery with a multi meter, check connections then go to the selenoid , take wires off and check the nuts under the cables for corrosion and tightness, follow to the starter and check connections, may have to follow eveery wire and check every connection., it should have a fusible link somewhere, usually wrapped in a plastcs pouch oe cover
