My main ride is a 1995 Mojave that I bought sorta new almost 2 years ago (I bought it with about 1 or 2 hrs on it, actually I'm the 2nd owner, first owner covered it, and put it away in her garage after the first ride). It has a DG pipe and silencer, +4 inch swing arm.
1992 Mojave, currently under construction- being repowered with a EX 500R engine....as Tim the Toolman would say, "more power!!" ARR ARR ARR!! Take care, Bryan

88 mojave project bike
This is a bike i got real cheap with a bad motor in it. I am in the process of putting a ninja 500 engine in it along with many mods. it will take about a year but when finished it should be a real handfull at 100 mph.
you guys keep the mojaves rocking, what a great bike for the buck and at close to 15 years old is still a great machine and not really that dated. Just think what it would be if only they changed the displacement to 400-600 cc and added a little length and width to keep it somewhat under controll.

Hey mojaveaddict i have a 88 mojave and i have a k&n airfilter but what was the size of the clamp on one you have. And one more thing i tried to find renthall bars for my mojave but i couldn't find them anywhere where did you get yours. Do you know anybody who makes a good rebuild kit for a mojave

I actually use CR bend Renthal bars on mine. They fit really nice and spread the bars out wider for me. I'm 6'2" about 285 so I was a little cramped with the stock bars.

A +4 inch swingarm? you mean as in 4 inches longer, correct? Do you have some other untold engine modifications on the machine to cause you to want such a thing? Generally the only time I hear of longer swingarms on quads is when people have serious horsepower and do alot of hillshooting. Swingarms are decidly expensive to buy for the heck of it.
