Default Kawasaki Mojave

I have a Kawasaki Mojave 250cc when i bought it it seemed great had a few issues such as needed a new shifter shaft, float, clutch handle, handle bars were cracked i think thats it. anyway fixed those and a few oil leaks that i found and now it doesnt have the pep that it had when i first bought it and im out of ideas. took the carb apart and soaked it in carb cleaner, also tryed the adjustment on the carb got it to the point that its not breaking up anymore but im still left with the fact that it doesnt get up and goo like it used to?

Well, if you have a partially clogged jet or what not the carb cleaner rarely fixes it. Might need to pull the jets to clean them. Otherwise start with the basics, clean and service the air filter, change the spark plug, if it has a fuel filter check/clean that, etc.

yeah give it a good looking over, change the oil, drain out old gas, buy a new spark plug, clean the air filter or replace it, you might wanna chnage the oil filter as well. as for the carb take it all apart as far as it can go and soak in in parts wash/cleaner then get your air compressor and blow out al the jets and holes untill your fopr sure its perfectly cleaned then reassemble try to start it and spend a few hours adjusting the screw to get it running how you like. this should help you out
