Default Kawasaki Bayou 220 - Help Please

I have a 1988 Kawasaki Bayou 220.... yeah, its old :P It was the first year they make that model. Its leaking oil from somewhere in the engine when I ride, and dripping onto my leg from the wind, I cant find the place where it is leaking. Its got a rusted exhaust system and its rusted so much that there are giant holes in the muffler, it backfires like 6-7 times on deceleration. Just recently it has not wanted to start, there no absolutely no tension at all on the throttle, I first noticed this the last time I was riding, and my throttle began to stick. Then the next time i tried to start it, it was totally limp. I dont think its a throttle cable, because it was a gradual decrease of tension. The quad also will not idle unless I have been riding for an hour or so, and then it only idles for about 2 minutes, then dies.

Can't really help you diagnose your problems, but '88 Bayou 220 parts can be found here. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Don't know where to start helping you because you are not really asking any specific questions. I guess the first thing is to check/adjust/replace the throttle cable.
