Default Key code

Usually you have to have the code that is on the original keys...or may be on the paperwork somewhere (depending upon what paperwork you still have).

Kawi does NOT write key code on any paperwork especially on quads. On bikes, there is small metal tab on the key ring sometimes from the factory.

Just get a new set of ignition switch and keys. It's not that expensive I think. Also very easy to replace, just one big plastic nut and 2 wire connector.

The cheapest way would be to rig up with one toggle switch and one momentary switch from Radio Shack and do your own wiring. But then anyone could drive it off if they know about it.

All the more reason to properly replace the ign. it's easy & cheap. Plus, not too many people will buy an atv with a busted ign... I know I never would.
First thing I'd think is "where the hell did this atv come from "

your needle is stuck in the float bowl- sometimes just tapping the bowl with a screwdriver handle will loosen it up- but it really needs to be cleaned properly.
