I have a problem with my quad. I think a gear or gears have went in the transmission. When I shift it won't go into high gear and when in low I hear the gears grinding. Anyone know how hard it is to replace some of the gears? Anything I will have to do besides pulling it apart and replacing gears and putting it back together? Anything I should know or tips for doing it?

 

Get a service manual. It will tell you exactly how to do.

Basically you will have to split the engine case to replace broken transmission gears.
