Clicking noise - Brute 750 help
I have a 2006 Brute Force 750, when you turn the key there is a clicking in the front right (not sure what it is called) while turning it on and then turning it off.
Well I noticed when I ride in Low that I can here this same sound, I am not sure what it is and if it is suppose to do that while riding in Low (maybe it happens in High, I just can't here it)
Can anyone tell me what this is??

If the noise suddenly appeared, it might be the belt Actuator dc motor starting to go bad but not bad enough to cause any trouble at this time.
The sound you are hearing is that - the potentiometer in the Actuator housing having the dc motor returning to home position. But due to wear and tear and dirt inside the housing/gears, the dc motor is having some difficulty turning. Remove the 3 screws to disassemble, they carefully remember how and where the small gears are positioned. Remove, clean, greased them and reassemble.
