Hi, this is my first post to this forum and I am by no means knowledgeable on ATVs. This will be my first one and I am eager to learn more. I've been looking on craigslist for one and came across a 2006 KFX 700 for $3,500. His description is as follows:
"I have a like new kfx 700. Automatic, and fast. It has aftermarket duel exhaust (HMF), jetted, headers. 75% tire life. Led taillight. Little use. Pictures apon request. It is registered till 2013."
He also has pictures posted as well, this is one:

Do you guys think this is a good deal? I'm going to check it out tomorrow but as mentioned, I don't know much about them and what is or isn't a good deal.

A little spendy for my area too. Otherwise they are a decent quad. Be forewarned, you will fall in love with that exhaust note. Heck, a stock one sounds pretty sick as it is. The KFX is kind of a muscle quad. They have lots of motor, handling is not the best. They are better than most utilities, not quite as sharp a more traditional sport quad.
