Default 2006 kfx80

Hey new too site just bought used kfx 80 for christmas .cleaned carb put new plug and air filter and machine will only start on spray .once machine starts runs great no other issues yet thanks for the help Happy new year.

So you removed both jets and made sure all the holes were open?

Thank you. Yes removed and cleared both jets but I plan on doing it again.the main jet seemed easy too clean but the pilot jet I only was able too get a single strand of wire through it.

The pilot also has lil holes crosswise on the end.
The o-ring that sits in the black piece (called a insulator) is there? (sucking air)

Not sure what piece your talking about .pilot jet small holes cleared

Between the carb and reed cage, there should be a black plastic thing w/o-ring.

Ok now understand did not notice when I reinstalled carb will check for o ring when I pull it apart again thanks
