How different is replacing the Lakota's semi auto clutch setup from that of a manual clutch?

I have all the usual tools with air, impact guns, etc.. so I should be OK there.

Any tips or advise would be appreciated. I do not have a service manual for this bike.

Also, is the clutch located under the counter shaft sprocket side, or the other side? I suspect the other side, but again.. never replaced a semi auto clutch.
