Default Bayou with no lights and no power to starter HELP

I have the green neutral light but no headlights and it will not engage the starter to even turn over. Fuse is good and 13.6 volts on battery. Any ideas please

I have good power to headlights but cannot get the starter to engage. Battery appears good. Also tried to jump it but no change

Looks like it might be the starter relay but I am uncertain how to ensure that is it. Looking at the manual I have it states that if it does not test correctlt then it is the selinoid which I have replaced in the last few years. This thins ran last weekend as I moved it around the yard then today nothing! ANYBODY have any ideas? I guess this forum is not very active.

It could even just be the connection at the relay. On my 86 Bayou if you look underneath the bike (from the rear) it's roughly under the back of the seat. I have to squeeze the plug on itoccasionally to get it to start.
