Default 2009 Prairie 360 Stalling

Okay so my 2009 Prairie keeps stalling when slowing down and coming to a stop. It NEVER did this before. Then it will take me a long time, sometimes 2-3 minutes to get it restarted. I recently serviced it myself and the only things I did not get a chance to replace or change yet are the fuel filter and the spark plugs. Is there any reason for this or do I probably just need to replace the fuel filter and spark plugs? It ran perfect two times after I serviced it so I know I did nothing wrong.

Does it kind of jerk to a stop as it kills the engine? Sounds like the engine braking system is not releasing the primary enough (or at all) as you come to a stop. Does it crank over slow after it dies or does it crank normally? You could always start it and unplug the little motor on the belt cover that controls engine braking. That would eliminate that as an issue.
