Default 2012 Kawasaki Prairie 360 4x4 went swimming

I took my my 2012 Kawasaki Prairie 360 4x4 through a narrow creek over the holidays. It was a blast at the time. But there was no room to turn it around after the fun. So, I ran it backwards through the same wet fun and it stalled. I waited until the water in the creek rescinded. I was able to start it with the help of some starter fluid sprayed in the filter box. I got it out of the creek and it appeared to run fine but started slowing down. The engine is running fine but the movement slowed. I let is sit for a few days and fired it up again. Again, it started running fine for a while and then started slowing down. I can overcome the deceleration by revving just a bit. Then it jerks and takes off. I am assuming that it has to do with the drive belt. Any ideas where I can start? Thanks.

Drain the air box and see if the Belt housing has a drain plug to let any water out. The Air box may have a drain plug as well .

You did not go over the seat in water depth did you? If so check to see if your motor oil looks milky.

If your lucky both your air box and belt housing air intakes just sucked in some water. Another way to dry the belt is just rev the motor in neutral but make sure the motor oil is good first.
