I have a 97 Lakota. I took it to a shop to have a tether kill switch installed. (Need it for a GNCC race.)I did not check it before I took it home.(Big mistake)When I tried it out, it shut down the bike and blew the main 30 amp fuse by the battery.I looked at how they wired it. One wire they hooked to a yellow and red wire coming out of the coil. The other wire (from the kill switch) they grounded it to the frame. So now when you "pull the cord" you now have a direct short to a "hot"wire...blown fuse. Help! how does this switch get wired. Good grief there is only 2 wires here!
