Go to this site ( link ) and compare the part numbers for the two different ATV's....only way to know for sure.

If the rocker part numbers are the same....then they will change out....no problems..

Both use the 391cc, Liquid cooled, 4-stroke single with balancer (SOHC, 4 valves) but one is a 5 speed foot shift and the other a CVT automatic.

Trying figure out my blue smoke
I got a prairie 400 I belive its 2002 it has the digital gage cluster. Things I have done is change fuel run seafoam, had run about 2 more tanks after with no seafoam, tried changing oil to see if that would make a difference nope did that 3 times on 2nd time I tries a lil bit of no smoke and that didn't help, changed spark plug nothing changed, runs fine has ***** still, smokes a lil on idle but mostly when I hammer on it, it's good but when I let off it smokes bad and I noticed engine seems to get kinda hot. I don't know if rad would cause it to smoke from getting really hot. The oil I have been using is the Kawasaki oil and fuel is mid grade ngk spark plug. Now I know it's either going to be oil ring or valve guide and seals just looking to see other recommendations before I tear it down. Quad also sat for 3 -4 years with out starting till I bought it any help would be awesome thx
