Need help with my mojave 250
#1
I'm in the process of putting the motor in and back together I only have the bottom end in so far now my problem is if I grab the flywheel and try to turn the motor over it's real hard but before it turn over really easy so why is hard to turn over now???

Of the motor is out, why assemble the top and bottom ends while in the frame in the first place? Seems unnecessarily difficult having to work around the frame? Not sure on the flywheel, what all did you do so far?

Never worked on one, though I have done rebores on KLF300s. If it is overhead cam, you have to make sure the chain doesn't get jammed between sprocket and crankcase or the bottom end will lock up and you may damage chain or sprocket.
As for fitting the top end in the frame, the engine is lighter, and sometimes easier to get into the frame if you don't have the cylinder and head on when you put it back in.
