04 kawasaki backfiring half throttle

i just cleaned the carbs and spark plugs and
now its backfiring at half throttle and dies out at fully throttle

Fit a new plug, and you probably either didn't get all the dirt out of the carb jets, or re-assembled something wrong. Try again, checking that you can see through each jet after cleaning it.
