Just put a new carb on and fires right up and runs good up to half throttle after half to full throttle it bogs outs like too much gas or something what do I need to adjust to get it to work full throttle thanks alot

 

Check the carb jets against the old carb? If it's one of those 50 buck Chinese knock off carbs I wouldn't trust them to have the jetting right.

 

Also be sure you have the airbox properly connected. Many times the carbs are jetted for a certain airflow and by leaving the airbox disconnected to much airflow makes them bog badly. Learned that the hard way many years back on an older 250 quad. Son wanted more performance so he removed the restricted airbox and went with a performance filter. Machine would just die under heavy acceleration, finally put the stock airbox back on and it ran fine.
