Default Bayou 250 cuts out at 3/4-Full Throttle

I got a 2003 bayou 250 that sputtered and backfired when I got it so I put on a new carb but then I noticed I was having some charging issues because when I drove with the lights on it would start running really rough, back fire, and die, and the battery wasn’t staying charged. I noticed that there was no regulator/rectifier so I got a new one which didn’t make any difference. I then test the stator which tested bad so I replaced that a couple weeks ago. I thought the problem was solved but then today I got it out and it would die at 3/4-full throttle when I was in gear. If I was in neutral it would rev up fine without any issues. What all should I look into assuming it isn’t a carburetor issue??
