Default Kawi prairie 650 bolt issue

Hey everyone new to quads my first one. Bought it to plow my driveway and take out to camp. I've never seen a bolt stick out of the head like that tried to tighten a bit but it's super tight. I dunno if the previous owner used a longer screw cause they somehow lost it. Just noticed it, everthing is tight no movements has anyone seen that before...

I would soak it with penetrating fluid for a few days or more before trying to remove it. It might help to heat up the aluminum but i am not sure. Look at parts fiches to see if there are dimensions for the bolt.

As the joint isn't leaking, and that bolt has obviously been like that for a long time (rust) the best thing is to leave it alone. If/when you do need the head off, warm that rib where the threads must be with a blowtorch, the bolt should then free off. No harm in putting a little oil down there now to help, when the time comes.
