I thought the KLF 300 was the only bike that came with a "cane holder" as standard, perhaps yours has gone missing, or was it only fitted certain years?
About tree weeks back i tried to go for a ride in the snow but the turf tires left me stranded at the bottom of the hill. SO i made "Redneck Retreads"...
After getting it on ill add binders on the tabs.
if any one wants a "how to" say so and ill take photos of building the other side.
The weather guesser is calling for snow so im trying to get it ready for a test run...
Need to tie one on and trim the bolts on the other.
This has more than doubled the weight of each tire i think.
The weather guesser was wrong once again. ...You would think people would wait till they can get the three day weather forecast down pat before believing a 500 year forecast...
Did take it for a run threw the garden spot with no problems i know with the turf tires all it would have done was spin in the mud.
The first tire has a rougher ride do to the smaller 4" lugs other then that they look promising.
Cost of the "Redneck Retreads" $4.00 USD + time
Cost of new tires $140.00+ USD
Savings $136.00
Doubt if you will get that Chinese set up to work. Someone on here posted the 220 wiring diagram, https://atvconnection.com/forums/kaw...r-issue-2.html and both trigger and exciter coils are two wires each, I suspect the Chinese loom is for earthed stator coils.
