1995 KLF400 bayou 4x4 Piston Stuck? or Seized ?
#1
Hello World of Atv Users. Let me first start of by saying thank you to all replies of any type of advice
I Recently Tore down my Engine head on my 1995 bayou to diagnose an overheating issue , I found Blown Bottom jug gasket.
Upon Scraping the old Fabric Gasket off the lower engine case I pushed the piston down for better scraping access and it now it is stuck in place ,
Cant pull it back up freehand, Putt it in gear SL(1st) and Reverse but it will not turn back over, Everything was seemingly fine when i took it apart so
to lock all of a sudden seems unlikely. Thank You again for all you help
