Default Considering 2009 Mule 610

I live in far north central Texas. There is a decent looking 2009 Kawasaki Mule for sale (4WD, 313 hrs , and a winch) that I have not yet seen in person, for sale at $6500. I offered $5000 and was refused. Should I go back and offer the full $6500? I am not in a terrible hurry but I would like something in the next few weeks.

With low mileage but old machines, the value is whatever you or someone else thinks it is. Don't know US prices but 11 year old Mules, with petrol engines, make a couple of thousand pounds over here, a bit more with a cab. With an old, low hours machine, you may be getting a "new" machine for half price, but as soon as you start to clock up the hours, it is just another 11 year old Mule, so expect a big drop in value if/when you want to sell.

As an American, the cup holder is nice, but my favorite accessory is the gun rack.
