Don't know the model at all but, from other carbs:- top pic, vertical brass inlet is fuel pipe, smaller horizontal brass one breather, and will go upwards but end pointing down so rain can't get in. Bottom outlet is another breather and drain, pipe goes downwards so fuel doesn't run onto hot engine cases if fuel runs out of this pipe, which occurs if the float needle sticks open. Also doubles as the drain if the float chamber bleed screw is opened, and trebles as the float level checker when downward pipe is temporarily replaced by a clear one pointing upwards, and drain screw opened.

Bottom pic, top hole, another breather going upwards, the brass pipe will be vac pipe for fuel pump if it has a vacuum operated pump, otherwise, not sure.
