Look man pull the plug. If its brown its fine-white-lean-black then duh your rich. If you take a more free flowing exhaust off and put on a stock one thats your problem.

Your jetting may be off but it is NOT causing your problem. If the jetting was causing your problem it would happen every time not 'sometimes'. Your jetting is the same every time, you don't have the problem every time. Look elswhere.

Well There was no smoke this morning when I fired it up. I tried again about 4 hours later and no smoke again!! I guess the air/fuel mixture was the fix. In the jet kit it says to turn it in all the way until it seats then turn it 2 turns counter clockwise. I have mine at about 1-3/4 turns out and I rode for a little bit yesterday and it seems to idle a little smother and it started with one kick no touching the gas or anything like that so if any of you ever have trouble starting yours I would recomend checking the air/fuel screw. I can only think that the reason it started doing this now and not 2-3 months ago is because of the higher temps and humidity. Thanks for the replys maybe this will help somebody else someday.
