Is Realtree and Mossy Oak worth an extra $100
#1
Recently purchased a new camo full body cover for my Bayou 220. The www.buykawaskai.com web site listed three choices, one including the "woodland" camo pattern for just over $50. The remaining two patterns in Realtree and Mossy Oak listed for over $150.
I'm in the wrong business.

RealTree and MossyOak are just that-you pay for the name. Woodland camo, depending on what brand and color pattern will nearly always be considerably cheaper than either MossyOak or RealTree. There's no difference in the product, just whatever pattern you think camoflauges you best-personal preference.
Myself, I love the Mossy Oak Break-up pattern-my hunting gear is nothing but Mossy Oak. Excellent concealment in my hunting terrain, has allowed me to get extremely close to big game-scary close in fact! Course, then you have my camo sheets and comforter on my hand carved log bed that I built, which are advantage camo from realtree-but that's only cause I couldn't find any mossy oak bedding material. Rest assured, if you like the woodland camo design, then no, the others are not any better-especially for the $100 difference. Like I said, it's just personal preference.
Best of Luck,
Mike

I like the Breakup pattern myself for clothing, but don't see the need to have camo-coordinated look by putting it on my ATV as well.
I will admit that I was hesitant about buying the woodland cover, thinking that would be of cheaper material or design. However it is exactly like the one I purchased from Moose (for $30 more I might add)several years ago. Like the Realtree cover (my partner has one that he bought new with his Bayou 400), it is made of heavy Cordura.
Heck, for fifty bucks I just might order another to use in the future.
Hope no one from Kawasaki Marketing is reading this.
