This my sound stupid but, I live in VA and I called a dealership down in NC about a 650 (that was on sale) he gave me the price and said that it was out the door NO TAX! He said because I live in VA no tax was added. Here is my question why no tax?

If you buy it out of state they do not charge tax. They expect tax to be payed when it is registered. Luckly here in Va we do not have to register it. So you end up not paying tax. There are some loop holes the polititions have not covered yet.

How much are they selling for in Virginia. They are selling for $6440 + Tax here.
