I currently own an '01 Mojave and my brother owned a '94 Mojave. Could you please list the problems you have had with your machines? For example:
'01 Mojave
1) Exhaust shield keeps working loose.
2) Stock rear skid plate not holding up well. Had to replace a bolt.
3) Carb blew off while I was starting it one day.
4) Rear axle nut worked loose on a ride.
'94 Mojave - no problems

ronnieH, Check with your dealer as to what wattage bulb you should have in your tail light. It sounds like you have an abnormal problem there that must have a reason. I have never had a problem with the tail light on my Prairie 400 and have never heard of this before. Your dealer should know what the problem is.

Hey jscyoung
the problem with my tailight is the switch that attaches to the foot brake, gets covered with mud and makes the tailight stay on all of the time. Plus i ride with my headlights on which adds more heat to the problem
so i have now installed a full led tailight off of and 18 wheeler trailer
i can post some pics if anybody is interested

A quad is only as good as the maintenance? It's funny how you always hear that from a Polaris rider.
As far as maintaining my quads go all I have done to mt TBoss is change the oil & filter, put gas in it, check air pressure, grease it, tighten up the chain a couple times. The same maintanace I do on my truck and jeep.
I also own a new 220 Bayou that I bought for my wife. She rode it a couple times and now she rides my Polaris. After riding it on the same trails that I ride my polaris I have sustained a bent front bumper just from the trees I usually bump into or run over on my TBoss. When it is below 70 degree out the bayou will not start unless you full choke it and let it idle for a around 5 minutes. The brakes need adjusted every other time you ride it. Front shock broke 1 month out of warrenty, dealer said S.O.L.
I paid $150 more for my TBoss than the 220 Bayou. Lets see what I got better brakes, 110cc more engine, more power, more towing, better suspension, a adult size quad, full floor boards, more ground clearance, Gee looks the TBoss is twice the quad the 220 is for the same money spent. As soon as I can find someone to buy the 220 I am plannig on buying a 500 scrambler for me.
