GrandmaYB-not sure how you can be rich(too much gas, not enough air) after allowing more air thru your engine, but not rejetting. Also, from what I understand, Dynojet and stock jet numbering has nothing in common, so a 134 DJ might not be too large compared to the 132 stock. I know that with every mod I had to jet up to get it right.
About what altitude do you live at? I really can't see how your plug can foul rich, when you have to be lean-how old is your bike?-could be rings-are you sure it is not oil fouled?

Thanks for info - didn't know stock and dynojet numbers didn't compare. How can you track changes? Is your 152 a standard or a Dynojet? Elevation is around 800 ft. Doesn't look like oil fouled - dry and dark. I actually had decent (not awesome) top end just a little less than before. I would think rings would be a significant drop on top. It's torn apart now to paint frame - will start working out the jetting after the holidays.

The dynojet jets are different from stock sizes.
The 2 1/2 turns on your air/fuel mixture as well as the new needle make it much richer over stock.
I've found on the lakota that a #130 gave me correct jetting, the suggestd jetting was a #138.
so keep going down and it will work out.

My 152 is actually a Mikuni jet, but I'm pretty sure that it's just like stock Keihin.
