650 Almost Killed me because of problematic throttle..Please Read

Well, I spoke with the Kawasaki legal department today and informed them that I am not going to settle for "rider caused accident" as an excuse for my machines throttle failure. My stepfather, a corporate attorney, informed me as to how to proceed with them.....So, they are going to send out an inspector to investigate the possible cause of the problem. If that doesn't bring about any remedy to my problem then I am going to: 1. Never buy a Kawasaki product again, 2. Never reccomend a Kawasaki product again, and 3. Initiate a legal action against Kawasaki. If your bike has had the sticking throttle issue, please contact me ASAP as we may need to pursue a class action suit against Kawasaki. How many people are going to have to get hurt before Kawasaki admits there may possibly be a throttle sticking problem? I have read about three here so far! We represent only a small minority of owners...There could be many others out there with the same problem! Thanks again and lets hope Kawasaki can resolve this issue. I think their actions will say a tremendous amount about the type of company they are...I'll tell you guys what...I have a 1998 Yamaha Warrior whose tranny went the second day I got it and Yamaha said, without an confrontation, here is a new bike sorry about the inconvenience...Let's see what Kawasaki is about....

Andrew
