Not quite yet 14. Due to maudi gras I'm waiting till after 2/12 to pull the motor down and have it sleeved and bored. Not worth even trying untill maudi gras is over.
But I'll let you know how it goes

Saw your post on sponsorship- Try your local dealer. Rex (bansheeboy2ky) gets some help for our local dealer.

I'm getting ready to go back together with it, but not yet. I just finished my sons and working on braeking it in.

My local dealer isn't all that, and due to his popularity I don't know if I would want his sponsorship. I have some ideas and working them.
Give me to the end of the week and I'll tell ya how it went.

Stebob- The quad is not together yet! Still waiting to get the stuff back from Trinity. I is starting to bite. A lot of people showed up saturday to ride at my house, modded banshee's and raptors. I had my pick of a badger or the wife's bayou- as long as i did not pop any wheelies, or drag it. lol

Yes i believe nos is going to be installed on the raptor. Looking at controllers now. I want to phase the nos in, not dump it. I really don't plan on using it. But I WILL be the fastest quad at MY PLAYGROUND. Nos just in case.

Ran into a snag, dealer fell through with gasket orders. I'm not surprised I've had jets on order sense mid december!!!!!

The big bore kit came out nice, the new sleeve is just a bit larger than the stock one, but the piston is alot bigger. The head wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but ported and polished it any way.
Kinda bummed out about the gaskets, but I'm going to order them today from one of the oem dealers in the back of the magazines.
Oh well thought I would be done by now but keep you posted.

Gaff,

I ordered my gaskets from Recreation Unlimited and had them in 3 days. The gaskets are Cometic brand.

I just found some in dennis kirk for a little over $25, but I'm going to check the other ones out. I also need a pilot jet as well, probably get it at the same time. Well it really blows because I have to head back to work on thursday, so it will be next week before I can crank it up.

I inspected The piston and jug for dirt or water getting in there, because I use a K&N air filter. Once again I can't find any grit or any thing. I have ridden and raced in almost every element in the past 7 months and it all looks like new.
So once again K&N prove thier selfs to me!!!!!!

Well I put the kit together with a ported and polished head and massive jetting with the rest of my mods.
Problems, the bore is not correct, and no cam

well I ran it guys, way beyound what you would think. I lighten the spring for the throttle, but now I have to exstend the throttle range.
It's huge, I took a 400EX on one on one (he was stock) no problems whats so ever. My problem is to much bottom end, I pulled him easily off the bottom every time, but thier is to much bottom. When I got next to him in the corners the bottom was so strong my front end lifted with just a touch my front tires bounce off his nurfs, intern making me bounce and let off.
Man this was a MX track and I beat him every were!!!!!!!!
I sent my jug back to the machinest because the clearences were to close, but I know what I have in power, and a cam is needed, guys this thing rocks, has to be atleast double the stock Horse Powar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
