these two companies seem to be the only ones making the heavier duty springs for the Prairie 650. I'm gonna get some next week (when I get my tax return) and am wondering which spring is better. The progressives seem to be adjustable while the Afco's aren't. Do anyone have a preference? They also seem to be about the same price. Opinions?

Get the adjustable that way you can fine tune your ride and adjust for riding. You can still have a comfortable ride but if you put a plow on it turn it up and you wont have the sag.

I would also choose the progressives. I may be in line to purchase some soon also. Make sure you let us know how the install goes.

Does the afco set up come with shocks also? This may change some minds if it does and the Progressive is only the spring for $170.

I belive that the Afco set is only the springs. Both should have the same load ratings, 150-250.
